Workshop Facilitator – Dr. Cris Gordon
"Stress management in the workplace requires more than helpful tips. Changes in the economy and technology have us pulled in multiple directions. The demands of work and personal life produce stress that is interconnected. As a result, the consequences of stress in the workplace come from what is happening to each of us both on and off the job. Learning to manage stress and respond appropriately to stressful situations increases morale and work performance. Join us to do just that!"

    November Workshop – November 21st
    Conflict Resolution in the Workplace
    Workshop Facilitator: Chad Schlotterbeck
11:00 am to 1:00pm Watertown Event Center
Conflict in the workplace is: (a) avoidable, (b) preventable, (c) necessary, or (d) all of the above.

Conflict is natural and normal feature of the workplace. It occurs in every organization. For any team that strives to attain its goals, conflict is inevitable.  Conflict can provide opportunities, challenges us to think harder and to be more creative. Unresolved conflict can result in the breakdown of a group. When unaddressed conflict occurs in a workplace, reduce morale, performance and increasing absenteeism all the way to aggression or violence can occur. Conflict, like any other key business process must be managed. Join us and we will address conflict resolution in the workplace issue solutions.
