Chamber University Lunch Sessions
The Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce is very excited to announce our new Chamber University Lunch Sessions featuring topics that affect your business. Our first workshop topic will be Stress Management in the Workplace. Dr. Cris Gordon from Mount Marty College will be the facilitator during this two hour event which will take place at the Watertown Event Center from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The sessions will be $25 which includes lunch. Session sizes are limited so please register early by emailing Geri Timm at email@example.com or by calling 886-5814.

Conflict is natural and normal feature of the workplace. It occurs in every organization. For any team that strives to attain its goals, conflict is inevitable Conflict can provide opportunities, challenges us to think harder and to be more creative. Unresolved conflict can result in the breakdown of a group. When unaddressed conflict occurs in a workplace, reduce morale, performance and increasing absenteeism all the way to aggression or violence can occur. Conflict, like any other key business process must be managed. Join us and we will address conflict resolution in the workplace issue solutions.
