For Customers
- Watertown Bucks are available at the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce located at 20 South Maple. You may stop in anytime Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or call us at 886-5814 and we will have your order ready for you when you arrive at our office. Please allow 24 hours for large orders.
- Watertown Bucks may also be purchased at Hy-Vee and Lea’s Gifts and Home Décor in the Watertown Mall.
- Watertown Bucks always come in denominations of $5 and $10, and are also available in $25 and $50 denominations during the holiday season or upon request for large orders.
- Businesses reserve the right to offer change back if the full amount of the certificate is not used at one time.
- Watertown Bucks may only be used at businesses that are members of the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce. To see which businesses are members, please visit our Business Directory
- Through the Community Currency Program, some local businesses are offering discounts to customers who use Watertown Bucks at their stores. Click here to view the list of participating businesses and discounts.
For Businesses
- You must be a member of the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce in order to accept Watertown Bucks and receive reimbursement.
- When you receive Watertown Bucks as payment, a customer endorsement is required on the back of each certificate. Please ask the customers to sign on the line provided.
- Then, endorse the back of each certificate as you would a regular check, and place them with your daily deposit.
- Businesses reserve the right to offer change back if the full amount of the certificate is not used at one time.
